300i Software Update
Konica-Minolta has requested us to provide you with a requested software update that will ensure your product is functioning properly. Due to some technology complications, the Pulsox 300i pulse oximeter will erase its internal programming and stop functioning under certain circumstances.
To eliminate this from occurring, please take a few minutes to install this important update. The entire process should take about 1 minute (depending on connectivity speed). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and, as always, invite you to contact us (800.748.5355) with any questions or concerns you may have.
Note: This update will not affect the memory data of the KM Pulsox-300i.
To install the utility please follow these steps:
1) Download and save the PROFOX_KM300_Setup_Update.exe file to a convenient location on your PC
2) Close the PROFOX program if it is running
3) Run the PROFOX_KM300_Setup_Update.exe
After following these steps, the utility will be completely updated. If you receive any errors or have other problems, please call PROFOX Associates at (760) 432-9921.
For your convenience, we also recommend saving the PROFOX_KM300_Setup_Update.exe to CD and storing it along with a printout of these instructions with your original PROFOX software CD in case re-installation is ever required.
